I think liverpool. With jose reina, glen johnson, jamie carragher, daniel agger, emiliano insua, dirk kuyt, javier mascherano, alberto aquilani, albert riera, steven gerrard and fernando torres playing, they can win the title! Now with the presence of argentine international maxi rodriguez and brazilian international lucas leiva in the midfield, liverpool is even stronger than the other teams.

Liverpool have the best first Xl, while probably Spurs has the best squad

Well man city and spurs have the thickest squad but villa and Liverpool have a stong first 11. However looking at the teams weaknesses liverpool would be fighting for a first half finish if you take Gerraerd, Torres and Benayoun out of the team. City's team will take time to gel and adjust with one another to play flowing football. Spurs are heavily reliant upon Defoe and Lennon, the pair have been the nucleus of the team this season. Villa have a solid back 4 and a rotating midfield but like spurs are heavily reliant for gabbi to rake them in goals. Sadly, liverpool will probably pip one of the other 3 for 4th spot.
