Two of the inter players that played today got red cards does that mean they will miss the first leg of the chelsea game or no ? because i hope it does mean that. go chelsea! =]

No it does not. Cards given and acquired in domestic games like Serie A or Coppa Italia only give you match suspensions in other domestic games like Coppa italia and Serie A games, and cards acquired in European matches, Champions League and Europa League matches only ban you from future other Champions League/ Europa League games.
