Question: Liverpool & manchester united vs. liverpool & lille?

I wanne surprise my bf with Liverpool tickets. Both games are the same price but it is easier for us to get to manchester than to liverpool (for lille's game). Also, he has never been to any soccer games so i donot know if he knows about lille and manchester's is on sunday which works out better than lille's on thursday. anyways my question is: is the manchester's game as exciting as lille's?? because i know Lille's is more important.which one should we go see? thanks

Get him tickets for the Manchester United match as they are each others biggest rival.If you do this he will love you long time.
