Question: Who will be responsible if my son got injured during a soccer game at school?

He was enrolled in the soccer team and we got insurance thru the school on his first game he got injured but the school did not turned in the paperwork to the insurance on time we handed the paperwork on November 4th he got injured on December 1st but the insurance did not received anything until January 4th and we want to know who is responsible for the medical bills
